Karmen A. Booker is a native of Atlanta, Georgia. She attended school there, and later attended Howard University where she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree and a Juris Doctor Degree.
Ms. Booker is an Attorney and Business / Nonprofit Consultant. She has a business consulting firm, Compu-Perfect Professional Services – www.compuperfect.net that specializes in Business Formation (Corporations, LLC’s, and Nonprofit Organizations), 501(c)(3) federal tax exemption, copyright /trademark search and registration services.
Ms. Booker has 25+ years experience providing the aforementioned services, and has written and self-published several books.
I am Publio Casillas, a medical billing franchise entrepreneur. Leadership and teaching have been passions of mine since 2010. I love seeing people learn, and that ‘ah-ha’ moment brings me joy. My desire is to see people succeed and lead productive lives. While medical billing is new for me, I am actively raising capital for it.
I also own Davey Environmental Services LLC, which serves as my medical billing company and a small business/leadership seminar company. Davey aims to facilitate the success of other businesses by maximizing billing claims for medical offices or providing knowledge support to practices and businesses that need assistance in becoming profitable.
Furthermore, I am involved with Zafeiri, a larger company that embeds consultants into struggling companies dealing with cash flow, structure, or organization issues. Zafeiri offers unbiased analysis of business shortcomings and provides solutions to overcome these challenges, maximizing efficiency and profitability.

My hobbies and passions include my wife and family are the world to me. My hobbies are golf, shooting, and riding my Razr. The thing I enjoy the most is putting smiles on people’s faces.
