The Come Together Compass connects people in need with free services, free resources, and free opportunities that make difficult situations easier to face. Our mission is to guide individuals and families toward real solutions without cost, without pressure, and without barriers. We bring together community programs, compassionate partners, and everyday helpers to ensure no one has to navigate hardship alone.
The Come Together Compass envisions a world where every person can quickly find help, hope, and support no matter their circumstances. We strive to build a trusted one stop location that offers free assistance, safe community connections, and life‑changing resources. Our vision is a community where compassion is accessible anywhere and everywhere, and where people come together to lift one another through the hardest moments.
The Come Together Compass is being built to become a one stop connection point for people facing difficult situations. Its purpose is simple. Connect people in need with services that are free or offer a no commitment free trial. No pressure. No cost. No barriers. When someone is struggling, the Compass points them toward real solutions anywhere and everywhere.
The Compass brings together programs that provide free or trial based support such as:
Free food boxes and food pantries
Free clothing programs through churches and community groups
Free or trial based counseling and emotional support
Free or trial based senior services
Free or trial based disability support
Free or trial based transportation assistance
Free rental and utility assistance
And many more services designed to lift people in difficult moments
Every service listed in the Compass must be completely free to the user or offer a no commitment free trial that gives people help without fear or obligation.
The Compass will guide people to local resources in their area. Food programs. Clothing banks. Emergency boxes. Community centers. Churches offering support. When someone is in crisis, they should not have to search endlessly. The Compass shows them exactly where to go.
The Compass also connects community members who have usable items with people who desperately need them. A couch. A bed. A table. Children’s items. If someone has something still in good condition, it can help someone rebuilding their life, such as a mother escaping abuse and starting over.
Safety is the priority. All exchanges will be encouraged to happen in neutral, public, well lit locations such as police station parking lots, busy grocery store parking lots, or community centers. This ensures dignity, safety, and support for everyone involved.
The Come Together Compass is looking for partners who provide solutions to difficult situations. Churches. Community groups. Organizations. Individuals. Anyone who offers free services or free support. Every partner strengthens the Compass and expands the reach of hope.
Your donations and participation help us:
Build the Compass
Expand the directory
Verify services
Maintain safety standards
Reach more people
Provide more solutions
Make the worst situations better
The Come Together Compass is being built to ensure no one faces hardship alone. It is a guide, a lifeline, and a community of people who refuse to let others fall through the cracks.
Funding for the Come Together Compass is used to build, maintain, and expand a system that connects people in crisis with free services anywhere and everywhere. Every dollar strengthens the Compass and increases the number of lives it can touch.
Funding supports:
Verification of services
Technology and platform development
Location based resource mapping
Community item exchange coordination
Safety protocols and support
Outreach and partner recruitment
Emergency response expansion
Every contribution helps the Compass grow into the strongest support system possible. The goal is simple. Make the worst situations better and ensure no one faces hardship alone.
The Community Pay It Forward Program is the financial engine that keeps the Come Together Compass moving forward. When people make purchases through Giving Partners and submit their receipts, a portion of every transaction is directed toward the Compass.
This support allows the Compass to:
Add more free services
Expand location based resources
Strengthen verification and safety
Build new community exchange opportunities
Reach more people in crisis
Keep every service free to the user
Your everyday purchases become life changing support. When you shop with Giving Partners, you help fund rental assistance programs, food boxes, clothing closets, transportation help, senior services, disability support, and so much more.
Together, these two programs create a circle of compassion. People shop. Receipts create funding. Funding builds the Compass. The Compass helps people in need. And the cycle continues.
