There is a fact that is overlooked or often misunderstood, it is the smaller organizations that work much harder than the large. The large groups are also afforded grants and assistance from big chain superstores. With a few exceptions, our focus will be on the smaller programs. Helping them obtain the support needed for them to continue to do the difficult, needed, and LOCAL missions they work hard to support.

My name is Monika. I immigrated from Germany to Canada in 2007. I have been working as a trauma & grief coach for 20 years. I successfully managed to break free from childhood trauma and heal the deep wounds of my past to live a meaningful and purposeful life, helping others transform trauma into triumph. In love with spirituality, mysticism, and personal growth, I used the knowledge and wisdom accumulated during intensive study and direct personal experience to create HeARTful Transformation Therapy, a combination of traditional counseling therapy techniques and Eastern energy healing philosophies that helps to release trapped or buried emotions rapidly and for good.

I am a healing practitioner who supports leaders create more success with ease by transforming stress and limiting beliefs into results. I offer 1-1 Mentorship container that serves as a guide to create your heaven on earth and how to live it with ease, joy and prosperity.

I believe that each one of us has a deeper desire to create something great while here on earth. I want to help other people tap into their true north star and find their highest version of success to create more positive impact on the world. Give other people permission to live a life that turns them on so they do not have to struggle, suffer, and stay bonded to burnout.

I have been doing this work for over 10 years and continuously growing the offerings and support every day. I believe that if everyone had the support and tools to be more of who they are they world would be a better place and I am here to guide them in that.
