I am an estate planning attorney, so I write wills,
trusts, living wills, financial and medical powers
of attorney. I help people plan for their ultimate
demise and also for the end of life - how you get
from where you are to the end of life. I do so by
helping prepare the necessary legal documents
to make this happen and by advising on strategies to make money last. I also assist wartime veteran who are in need of long term care to secure funding from the Veterans Administration to pay for part of the long term care by helping them receive financial assistance though the VA Aid and Attendance program.

Michael is very thorough in his legal work, with very reasonable rates, he holds himself to high personal ethics, but is very aware he answers to a higher power. He is proudly involved in the leadership of his church and serves the youth programs, along with serving as a missionary in Russia. He is dedicated to God, his three children, ages 14, 11, and 8, his most valuable assets, and is proud to referee high school basketball. "I find that my work is only one part of my life, and I can bring a wealth of experience into my work. I can, and do, enjoy connecting with people. This helps me to learn about other people's hobbies and what they want to do. I learn a great deal of connection to the people I have the opportunity he serves as an attorney." This is very special to him.
"I want for my clients to be not just my customers, but also my friend. Not everyone will be my best friend, but I want people to think of me as more than just an attorney."
"I was severely injured when I was 21 years old, when I was struck and nearly killed by a light rail train. I spent 4 days in a coma and had to learn to walk again after the experience. This experience opened my eyes to God, life, and growth, and I found my way to working as an estate planning attorney and I absolutely love helping people in this way. I want to make an estate plan something personal to my clients, not just a set of documents."
