Youth & Education

Where Learning Becomes Confidence That Shapes Lives
Doing business anywhere. Helping others everywhere.

Youth and Education brings together partners who guide young people as they learn, grow, and discover their potential. Whether it is a child exploring new skills, a teen preparing for their future, a student needing support, or a family searching for resources, their stories remind us that education is a foundation that lasts a lifetime. You do not have to live near them to care. You do not have to know them to feel the pull to help. Encouragement reaches farther than distance ever could.

A child discovering the joy of reading. A teen finding direction through mentorship. A student needing supplies to stay confident in class. A family seeking guidance to help their child succeed. A moment that speaks to your heart the instant you hear it.

This page highlights partners whose work strengthens minds, builds confidence, and opens doors for young people everywhere. Some teach. Some mentor. Some provide resources. Some advocate for opportunities that help youth thrive. All of them represent missions that deserve support from anyone who believes every child deserves a chance to succeed.

Your purchases make that possible. Your heart chooses the mission. Your support helps these partners continue offering tools, encouragement, and hope to young people working toward a brighter future.

If you are an organization dedicated to youth development, education, mentorship, or student support, we invite you to join us. Your mission belongs here. Your story deserves to be seen. And together, we can help every young person feel capable, supported, and ready to grow.

THE STORY OF BLADYN
(BLADYN JAMES WAYNE VOGELS: MAY 30, 2007 – APRIL 9, 2011)

On April 9, 2011 my wife was watching our 3-year-old son (Bladyn) and our 5-year-old daughter (Raven) while I was at work. After playing all morning in the yard, my wife put our son down for a nap (It’s important to point out that my wife was suffering from pneumonia at this time). Bladyn did not want to take a nap so he began to run around our property (3 acres) in protest. After making a lap and 1/4, my wife noticed that he had gotten out of the yard because he vanished behind the barn.

The Martyred Angels Foundation is a deeply compassionate organization created from unimaginable loss and transformed into a mission of healing, connection, and support for families grieving the death of a child. Founded by John and Teresa Vogels after the tragic passing of their son Bladyn, the foundation stands as a beacon of hope for parents, siblings, veterans, emergency responders, and anyone facing the life altering trauma of losing a child. Their mission is rooted in community, understanding, and the belief that no family should walk through grief alone. Martyred Angels provides cemetery plot assistance so families can remain close to their loved one, equestrian therapy to help restore emotional balance, group support meetings, grief camps, temporary financial assistance, and access to specialized PTSD resources for those directly impacted by traumatic loss. Their work honors every child’s memory by lifting families through the darkest moments of their lives and surrounding them with a community that understands their pain and walks with them toward healing.

How to Use the Program

Families seeking support can connect with Martyred Angels Foundation through their website, where they can access grief resources, support groups, equestrian therapy opportunities, and community programs designed to help families navigate life after loss. The Larry Rowbs Fashion Initiative, led by Rowaiye Olanrewaju, is a mission driven effort to transform the African fashion industry through education, sustainability, and youth empowerment. Africa loses nearly five hundred billion dollars every year due to improper fashion waste, limited production capacity, and low export rates. This initiative confronts that challenge directly by working to establish a standard fashion school where African students can gain deep, practical knowledge of fashion design, production, and sustainable practices such as recycling and repurposing fashion materials.

The goal is to create a new generation of skilled African designers and brand owners who can produce high quality, affordable, and sustainable fashion for local and international markets. By increasing local production and reducing reliance on imported, low quality, overpriced products, the initiative strengthens African economies, reduces waste, and builds long term opportunity. This mission also addresses unemployment and crime by empowering African youth with skills that allow them to become self employed, start their own brands, and contribute to a thriving fashion ecosystem. The Larry Rowbs Fashion Initiative is not just about clothing. It is about dignity, opportunity, sustainability, and building a future where African fashion stands strong on the global stage.

How to Use the Program

Supporters, students, and community members can connect with the Larry Rowbs Fashion Initiative through their website and social platforms, where they can learn about the mission, follow project updates, and engage with the growing community of African fashion innovators. Safely Back Home is a community focused program that protects children and adults who wander due to Autism, Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Down syndrome, and other cognitive challenges. Their mission is to give families and caregivers a simple and compassionate safety tool that helps bring a wandering loved one home quickly and calmly.

The program uses a patent pending, privacy protected identification system printed directly onto clothing the individual already enjoys wearing. These soft tagless decals carry essential information that first responders need in a rescue. This includes a recent photo, caregiver contacts, medical conditions, medications, communication needs, and familiar locations. When someone wanders, police and the public can identify the individual and reach the right caregiver without causing fear or confusion. Families gain peace of mind and wandering individuals gain a safer path home.

Safely Back Home partners with police departments, community organizations, and Project Lifesaver International. Their work has helped thousands of families and has been highlighted in news stories and caregiver testimonials. Parents describe the program as life changing because it reduces fear and increases confidence when taking their loved ones out into the community.

Safely Back Home is a free program supported by donations, grants, and community partnerships. Every printed garment and every enrolled family reflects their commitment to safety, dignity, and compassion.

Supporting Safely Back Home through Community Pay It Forward

Community Pay It Forward allows anyone to support Safely Back Home without spending extra money or making a traditional donation. When someone shops with a Giving Partner, that business sends a portion of the sale to the Mission Partner chosen by the shopper. By selecting Safely Back Home, everyday purchases become direct support for their free safety programs.

This support helps print more ID garments, enroll more families, and expand partnerships with police departments and rescue teams. It strengthens the safety net for individuals who wander and gives caregivers the peace of mind they deserve.
